AAU Situation Audit
The AAU Situation Audit is a single call with Coach Dennis Kane that gives you a direct, honest read on what's actually happening with your kid's game, not what it looks like from the sideline.
What happens, step by step
-
Before your call
A short intake you complete so Coach Kane walks in already knowing your kid's situation, position, team context, and what's worrying you most.
-
On the call, about 50 minutes
Coach Kane gives you a real, direct read on your kid's situation, what's actually going on, and what the real problem is versus what it looks like from the sideline. You'll leave with three clear priorities.
-
Same day
A written Audit Report lands in your inbox: the read, the three priorities, and what a full development plan would cover if you went further.
The $150 Audit fee credits in full toward Parent Head Coach if you enroll within the program's signup window.
Audit questions
Nothing is owed and nothing changes. The Audit stands on its own: you keep the call, the three priorities, and the written report whether or not you ever enroll in Parent Head Coach. The $150 credit toward the full program is only available if you choose to upgrade.
The Audit still works. Coach Kane adjusts the conversation for a younger player's stage, focusing more on habits, coachability, and love of the game than recruiting or team politics. Earlier is often the easiest time to get this right.
Yes, a short intake you complete beforehand so Coach Kane walks into the call already knowing your kid's situation. It takes about ten minutes and makes the 50-minute call far more useful.
The Audit call is built for the parent. It's a private, direct conversation about what's really going on and what to do about it, without your child in the room.
